Yoga After Dark 2012 / Lululemon Athletica

This year YAD will be held a the upper level of Whole Foods on 6th and lamar this year. I will start the jams at 8pm
The class will be led by Zoe and Omar and will go from 8:30-9:30.

Last year we had more that 180 people in the practice.
Come early to set up your mat and get decked out in glow sticks. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and wear black!
