The DJ Dojo

The DJ Dojo exists to promote the disk jockey culture in both Texas and beyond. Our goal is to provide a place where those who are interested in the DJ culture or music in general can gather information as well as gain training through our people, products, and services. We do this by providing one-on-one training, group sessions, and artist workshops.

We have partnered up with The Art Department‘s original Austin campus, providing a new venue full of energy and creative flow. This has fostered an incredible synergy between many talented creative artists in a supportive and sustainable environment. The Art Department is a truly amazing program founded in 2009 with the merging of ConceptArt.Org and The Illustration Academy. It’s a global art college with satellite campus’ world wide that provides real-world training in Illustration, Painting & Drawing and Entertainment Design by the best industry professionals to help students become successful art practitioners. We are blessed to be able to collaborate with this powerhouse design school in downtown Austin!

We host a myriad of powerful workshops catered to the urban and electronic music community like Djing, B-Boying, Graphic Designs, Music Production, Photography, Multimedia, even mutant bike welding. We have the right tools, the knowledge, and the passion for teaching that will help you achieve your artist potential.
